Platform Energy has been formed by a group of seasoned professionals experienced in traditional and non- traditional energy sectors, emerging technologies, finance, law, banking, governmental relations, transaction structuring and operations.

Platform Energy’s investment and ownership strategies are to seek undervalued assets or assets capable of significant development in order to provide meaningful financial returns and long-term growth opportunities in targeted energy sectors. Our role(s) in any given transaction may range from capital & transaction structuring support to partnering & joint venture relationships to direct ownership & operational responsibility, depending on the opportunity.
