How we Do Business at WorldVest

We like to meet you and become acquainted with you and your business. We want you to have all of the information that you need to determine if WorldVest Capital Markets can become a resource to you.

Next, we want to sit down with you and analyze your company to see whether you have already developed the five major components of a bankable deal or if you need help in fortifying one or more of the major areas that investors demand.

If everything is in order with your due diligence documentation and you feel that we have earned the right to represent you, we will offer you a contract formalizing our commitment to each other. In all cases, WorldVest will only be paid on the terms in the contract when you receive funding.

On the other hand, if, together, we discover areas that must be strengthened prior to us presenting your company to financial institutions, you will have a decision to make.

You can find your own lawyers, CPAs, compliance officers and headhunters and begin shoring up the company’s due diligence documents on your own, or you can use our team of expert consultants at WorldConsult, our affiliated consulting firm. We are proud to have outstanding business consultants who are prepared to deliver your fortified documents for reasonable fees. Again, this is your decision and much will weigh on how long you want to spend finding your own consultants and your ability to commission what investors demand.

If you decide to work with us from the start we will negotiate a retainer. This retainer is solely used to pay the legal, compliance and financial experts who will prepare your documents. The cost may vary based on the amount of work that has to be done. None of your up-front payment goes to your WorldVest advisors. We receive our fees when you receive funding.

If your documents, budgets, financial model, stock conversion plan and compliance issues are completed by someone other than WorldVest, we sincerely hope that you will bring your Due Diligence Package back to us and allow us to represent you to our many investment relationships.

If there is a fit between our companies, there is nothing we want more than to become your advisor, representative and marketer in the process of obtaining capital. We are aware that timing is almost always a major issue and our team has been working together for a long time to overcome those obstacles as quickly as truly feasible.
